All positive apart from the presence of the ecological area in the parking area, without a minimum distance from the first stall (it was not my case). This involves a fair number of cars unloading garbage, but especially if you are downwind, the "smells" of the damp arrive which are really unpleasant. An inexpensive barrier would perhaps alleviate the discomfort.
